The fixing of the decking boards in the decking area on the substructure is done invisibly with the Cedral mounting clamp and the corresponding screw.
The distance between the head joints of the planks must be at least 3 mm. Practical tip: use a folding rule as a spacer.
To fasten the first or last plank, use the Cedral start/end clamp and the corresponding screws. Alternatively, the planks can be fastened with correspondingly longer, visible screws. A distance of 20 mm from the building or other fixtures must be observed. If a free projection of the decking boards over the substructure is necessary, this must also be max. 20 mm.
If the finishing is done with Cedral finishing planks, these planks are to be visibly fastened with Cedral visible screws in each substructure.
The minimum distance of a cutout should be 63 cm. This corresponds to 3 substructure timbers.
When installing the substructure, a slope of 1% must be planned. The center distance of the substructure of max. 315 mm must be observed.
